ASHLAND CITY SCHOOL STUDENTS - GRADES 7-12 (2008-2009)
Please familiarize yourself with the revised dress code
for the 2008-2009 school year. You can help us enforce this policy
by referring to it as you plan your back to school clothing
purchases. The dress code will be strictly enforced and will
also include athletics and extracurricular activities in that strict
enforcement.
It is realized that the effectiveness of the minimum standards of
dress can only be achieved through joint cooperation from students,
faculty, and parents. In keeping with this idea, the following
policy has been adopted as the Dress Code Policy for grades 7-12.

student's dress or appearance that constitutes a threat or

reasonably alter the stated dress code standards to meet his/her
particular situation for a student participating in extracurricular
activities, enrolled in a lab class, or participating in a
